Shipping

• Please allow 48-72 hours after ordering for a shipping notice
• If you order contains a preorder your order will ship when that item becomes available. Usually 1-2 weeks after order has been placed. 
• Shipping times vary from state to state depending on selected shipping method.
• You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. Please contact info@sobersocietyapparel.com for any questions or concerns.

RETURNS: 

• Items eligible for a return must be within 30 days of delivery.  
• Returns will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return is processed. 
• All customers are responsible for shipping costs. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return.

SALE RETURNS:

• All sale items are final.
